Parties Involved:

Service Provider: Bright Accounting Services

Scope of Services:

The service provider agrees to perform bookkeeping services for the client, including recording transactions, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements as detailed in attached Schedule A. The services will commence on __________________ and continue until __________________ unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

Fees and Payment Terms:

The client shall pay the service provider a fee of $________ per month, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. Additional services beyond the scope are subject to separate agreement and fees.

Confidentiality:
