Description of the Trust Property:

The property transferred into this Trust includes the real estate located at 789 Pine Road, Richmond, VA 23220, along with any personal property designated in Schedule A attached hereto.

Trust Terms and Distributions:

The Trust shall commence on the date of execution and continue until terminated as provided herein. The Trustee is authorized to manage, invest, and distribute the trust assets according to the terms set forth in this document and applicable laws.
