Description of Services:

The service provider agrees to deliver IT consulting services, including network setup, maintenance, and technical support, as specified in the scope of work attached as Schedule A.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay the service provider a total fee of $5,000, payable in installments as outlined below. Payments shall be made via wire transfer or check by the dates specified in Schedule B.

Billing Schedule:

– 50% upon signing this agreement
– 25% upon completion of the initial setup
– 25% upon final delivery and acceptance

Term and Termination:
