Parties Involved:

Trustor (Grantor): Alice Johnson
Address: 789 Oak Street, Miami, FL 33101

Trustee: Bob Anderson
Address: 456 Pine Avenue, Miami, FL 33102

Trust Purpose:

This Florida Revocable Trust is established to hold, manage, and distribute the Trustor’s property during their lifetime and after, according to the terms set forth herein.

Trust Assets:

The Trust shall include the following assets: real property located at 789 Oak Street, Miami, FL 33101; bank accounts; investments; and personal property as detailed in Schedule A.

Revocability and Termination:

This trust is revocable by the Trustor during their lifetime. Upon death or incapacity, the trust shall continue in accordance with the provisions herein until termination as provided.

Management of Trust:

The Trustee shall manage the trust estate in good faith, in accordance with this agreement, and for the benefit of the beneficiaries. The Trustee shall keep accurate records and provide periodic reports to the Trustor.

Governing Law:

This trust shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Additional Provisions:

  • The Trustor reserves the right to amend or revoke this trust at any time, in writing.
  • The Trustee shall distribute income and principal in accordance with the instructions provided in Schedule B.
  • All trustees and beneficiaries acknowledge and agree to the terms herein.
