Trust Purpose:
This Irrevocable Trust is established to hold and manage the assets specified herein for the benefit of the named beneficiaries, in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement.
Trust Assets:
The trust shall include the following assets: real property located at 789 Oak Lane, Springfield, IL, securities, and other property as listed in Schedule A attached hereto.
Trustee Powers and Responsibilities:
The Trustee shall have full authority to manage, invest, and distribute the trust assets in accordance with the applicable laws and the terms of this agreement, always acting in the best interests of the beneficiaries.
Distribution of Assets:
