Property Description:

Payment and Conditions:
The claimant has received payment for the work completed or materials supplied, and this waiver is conditioned upon the actual receipt of funds in the amount of $10,000. If payment has not been received, this waiver shall not be effective.
Conditional Waiver of Lien:
