Personal Guarantee Agreement Sample

Purpose of Guarantee:

This Guarantee is provided to secure the obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Agreement dated _______________, between the Borrower and the Lender, to ensure repayment of the borrower’s liabilities.

Guarantee Terms:

The Guarantor hereby unconditionally guarantees the full and punctual payment of all obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Agreement, including interest, fees, and any other amounts due, to the Lender.

Guarantor’s Obligations:

The Guarantor agrees to pay all amounts due if the Borrower fails to do so, and understands that this guarantee is a primary and continuing obligation. The Guarantor waives notice of default, presentment, and rights of subrogation.
